Meet Rita Meyerkova Kealey
Owner, Production Director
Rita graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with a degree in Visual Communication and holds a Communication Studies degree from California State Northridge. Rita’s attention to detail and industry relationships result in a pleasurable planning experience for all of her clients. Whether she is providing Day-of Coordination or Full Event Planning, no detail is overlooked. Rita has a true passion for the industry and enjoys incorporating personal touches into each event she produces. From an intimate soirée to multi-hundred guest weddings, Rita has thrived in this business into becoming one of the most sought after event planners in the area.

Visionary Event Design
Our team will connect with you from the first moments of inspiration- establishing vision and possibilities while directing all the intricacies of the process. We will artistically craft a design that includes color scheme, layout and decor while booking contracts with vendors, talent and rentals to ensure clear communication and correct timelines for a flawless result from start to finish.
Our expert coordinators will assist you once your overall vision has been established, providing you with a comprehensive vendor contact list based on your event logistics. We will guide you through any unfamiliar territory including the layout of the event and timeline finalization. 2 weeks prior to your event we become the point of contact to coordinate your perfect celebration.
We provide premiere talent and vendors for any event size and style. We manage vendor negotiations, oversee lighting, audio, installation, videography, photography, all talent, as well as licensing and permits if necessary. Additionally we offer packages that include Marketing and PR exclusives.
Architects of Atmosphere
Our team designs event space ambience and theme for any style and size occasion. We provide the motif and layout, and will establish vendor contracts for installations, staging, decor, textiles and any necessary rentals. We not only execute event set up and placement but also break down and pick up providing an effortless service from concept to completion.
